COLLEGE ACTIVITIES

To provide theoretical training according to a program defined by the gastroenterology specialty college.

Theoretical teaching is the responsibility of the hospital-university physicians of the gastroenterology college with the participation of other teachers for complementary training guided by the college of the specialty.

To provide practical training for gastroenterology residents.
Residents' practical training takes place during clinical rotations in hospital settings. This practical training includes outpatient consultations and the care of hospitalized patients, as well as learning digestive endoscopy through mentorship.

To provide general supplementary training to refine professional skills

of the resident :

• - Medical ethics and medical responsibility
• - Basic statistical methodology and epidemiology – SPSS software
• - Bibliographic research
• - Writing a scientific article
• - Critical reading of articles
• - Use of the Resident Training Guide in Hepatogastroenterology.

This resident training guide serves as the monitoring and evaluation tool for gastroenterology residents during their various practical placements.
